Who I am
Hi, my name’s Kieran, and I’m a customer researcher & strategist.
I have more than 8 years experience working in research & strategy across agencies, startups, and larger companies across the globe. With an academic background in Psychology and Anthropology, my expertise lies in understanding people; how we connect with each other and the world around us.
Originally from New Zealand, and now based in Berlin, I help clients to deeply understand their customers and translate this into clear pathways forward for their business.
